A stunning destination wedding at Cap Rocat - one of my favorite venues in Mallorca. This 5 star hotel combines beautiful architecture with breathtaking sea views so well. The warm shades of sandstone against the blue ocean and sky are like an endless well of visual inspiration for me.
 
Jessica & Rhys came from London to celebrate with their closest friends and family in sunny Mallorca. During the ceremony the sky started to look a bit dramatic and in the middle of the cocktail hour it started to rain. And then it poured. I felt sad for Jessica because I knew how much she was looking forward to her outdoor reception, sitting in the courtyard with her loved ones enjoying the scenery. Even though this was no longer an option she and Rhys fully embraced the weather and we took off to take portraits around Cap Rocat in the rain.

Seeing these pictures and their beautiful smiles you would never know that the weather was so hard on us. Eventually the rain stopped and we were rewarded with a really magical sun set. The indoor reception turned out to be a beautiful plan b. Guests enjoyed the sound of Spanish guitar during dinner before they danced the night away.
