Together with a team of incredible vendors we created this wildly romantic dreamscape wedding editorial at a quarry in Mallorca as an ode to everything ethereal and refined.

For our Nouveaux Romantics shoot we drew inspiration from the warm sandstone hues that are so typical for this island and the rugged textures of the quarry. We paired it with a layered canopy of soft, floating fabrics to create an unexpected mix of textures. The wind moved the fabrics beautifully and added yet another natural element.

The muted tones of the florals mirrored the quarry color palette, ranging from cream to cappuccino with very subtle hints of rosé for a more feminine look. The ghost chairs were the perfect choice to add a modern element yet kept the focus on the quarry background.

All elements including the bride’s dress with the dramatic sleeves and the paper for the stationary were picked intentionally to match either the moving or rugged elements of this editorial.
